UNIVERSAL CARDBOARD PACKAGING MACHINES
Folding and gluing (cardboard packaging machines) machines is a group of machines used for the automatic forming and bonding of unit packages. The basic function of the machines of the group is forming from the cardboard punch the package for cigarette tubes in the range from 100 to 250 pieces, 250 to 400 pieces, 400 to 550 pieces.
The machine is built on the frame made of stainless steel with the use of the aluminum skid plates. The gluing section has two gluing, contact devices. The hot glue is fed by gravity to the points sticking. The forming section is made of BORAMIDE (the material of high abrasion resistance), the aluminum forming well is equipped with pressure rollers ensuring the proper application of adhesive between the overlap and the side of the carton. The FESTO pneumatic actuators are responsible for the different technological movements. SIEMENS S7 machine steering.
