OVERTURNING MACHINES
The devices such as overturning or turntable machines are used for a single-track collection of cigarette tubes from the production machine. By means of the vacuum drums system during the collection of the cigarette tube by the collecting drum, the cigarette tube from the inner track is rotated by 180° and placed in the external track..
Single-track collection devices are used primarily to reduce the labor costs – one-man collection. This is possible even at speeds of the production machine exceeding 2 000 rpm due to the application of the stacking double tape, which arranges the cigarette tubes for the manual collection into 8 - 12 layers. The turntable machine does not have its own drives, it is driven by the base machine and is compatible with the following machine types: MOLINS MK8, MOLINS MK9, HAUNI GARANT 1, HAUNI GARANT 4, SKODA C9. There is also a possibility to connect the turntable machine to other types of machines.
